Team Member Application

 

Benefits + Pay
  • Salary positions starting at $40-55,000/year, based on experience and role.
  • Monday-Friday, NO weekends
  • 2 Week PTO/Year
  • 1 Week Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave
  • 6 Paid Holidays
  • Healthcare Stipend $86-330/month, based on marital status/dependents
  • Individual Retirement Account Contribution - progressive: 50% at year 5
  • Pants & Boot Stipend $300/year
  • Performance bonuses & opportunity for advancement

 

Construction Team Member
  • Experience/knowledge in the industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Provide installation services to projects such as decks, fences, pergolas, gazebos and custom outdoor features.
  • Ability to safely operate power tools such as saws, drills, planers and routers.
  • Understanding of blueprints, ability to read scaled drawings and use measuring devices.

 

Landscape Team Member
  • Experience/knowledge in the industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Provide landscape installation services based on the project at hand.
  • Understanding of blueprint and ability to read scaled drawings.
  • Installation of patios, retaining walls, landscape features, plants, mortared bed edge, and various landscape features.
  • Ability to operate machinery such as skid steer, mini excavator and mini skid steer.

 

Maintenance Team MEmber
  • Provide spring, summer and fall maintenance services to landscapes.
  • Trimming and pruning of shrubs, installation of mulch/rock, and plants.
  • Mowing, trimming and weekly maintenance of residential and commercial accounts.
  • Ability to complete daily routes as indicated.
  • Ability to operate zero turn mower, shrub & string trimmers, and blowers.

 

Treatment & Pesticide Applicator
  • Experience/knowledge in the industry preferred, but not required
  • Complete daily routes as indicated.
  • Provide fertilization, weed control and herbicide/pesticide applications to residential and commercial accounts.
  • Aerate and overseeding of lawns.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Acquire Illinois Pesticide Operator license (paid by employer).
